What is my Jewelry made out of?

All Chelsea Blue jewelry is 18k gold plated.The base metal for our jewelry is stainless steel. 

How should I take care of my jewelry?

You will be able to extend the life of your Chelsea Blue Jewelry by limiting exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes. Although plated jewelry is meant to last longer it can still tarnish if exposed to certain substances

We accept Paypal, ShopPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Can I pay In 4

Yes you can! To choose this option, add your items to your cart and proceed to check out. At checkout, choose ShopPay as the payment option. You will be redirected to complete your purchase.

What if I need to Modify or Change and order?

Please email hello@chelseabluejewelry for any order changes/modifications. Please note that once the order has been processed we cannot make any changes.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 States plus Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our market and will include additional locations in the future

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping

Can I track my order?

After an order is processed you will receive shipping information including a tracking number via Email

What carrier do you use?

We use DHL Express to ship our products

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns/exchanges up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
